NB: Key-fobs for the Village Hall door will be renewed. Existing keys will no longer work after Tuesday 8th July. Please bring your old key to the hall or arrange for someone to come on your behalf on Wednesday 9th July between 7-8pm. New keys will be issued to all Village Hall representatives.

St Peter's Church, Shirwell

On Sunday May 4th at 10am there will be a service at St Peter's in Bratton Fleming to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE day. The Bishop of Exeter will lead the service, which includes communion, and will bless a cascade of thousands of poppies that have come from all over the world. Choirs from Challacombe, Bratton Fleming and Shirwell will join together to sing Rutter's A Gaelic Blessing, concluding the service which is based around the theme of peace.
